Well…it’s the last day of the year. We are going to find an anchorage before it gets too bad out here…although..with the wider open water the wakes arnt as bad and much easier to jump when you have room to navigate. We realize there will be a lot of boats rushing to their “party” place and it’s going to get busy.
We found a place to drop the hook in a small cove near Ft Pierce Inlet. Near marker R 188 Turned out to be a good spot. Had a light show across the ICW and fireworks off the point.
I had found another coconut on the beach yesterday so Jim opened it for me. Here is part of his technique.
Fresh coconut is a favorite….I am looking for more…though Jim isnt. It is a lot of work.
